Athmapakarcha was a vision given to Pastor Sajosh John on 1 January 2010. Fire of Revival Church was the first ministry to begin Athmapakarcha meetings in the UAE. This ministry has become one of the defining expressions of Fire of Revival Church and continues to impact lives through the transforming power of God’s Word and the Holy Spirit.

Fire of Revival Church was also the first ministry to begin 12 Hours of Praise & Worship in the UAE. These gatherings are dedicated to exalting the name of Jesus through continuous worship, prayer, thanksgiving, and seeking God’s presence. The Birth of Athmapakarcha
A Vision Born in Prayer
Every work of God begins in His heart before it is ever seen on earth.
Athmapakarcha was no exception.
Long before thousands would gather in worship, before lives would be transformed, and before countless believers would experience the renewing work of the Holy Spirit, God planted a vision in the heart of one man through a quiet moment of prayer.
On the morning of, Pastor Sajosh John was alone in his room, seeking the Lord. There were no crowds, no plans, and no expectation that this day would mark the beginning of a ministry that would touch so many lives. Yet heaven had ordained that this ordinary morning would become an extraordinary turning point.
As he waited before God, the Holy Spirit spoke with unmistakable clarity:
“This nation is spiritually broken. Many are spiritually dead. Conduct twelve hours of Praise and Worship so that life may be imparted to those who are spiritually dying in this land.”
These were not merely words of instruction; they were an invitation into the burden of God’s own heart for His people.
As the Lord continued to minister to him, the Holy Spirit impressed upon him a single word:
Athmapakarcha.
It carried a profound meaning—“Impartation of Spiritual Life.”
In that moment, the purpose of the vision became clear. God desired to breathe fresh spiritual life into weary believers, awaken hearts that had grown cold, and restore His people through the transforming presence of the Holy Spirit.
Yet while the vision was unmistakably clear, the circumstances surrounding it appeared impossible.
Pastor Sajosh John possessed neither the financial resources nor the organizational capacity to conduct a twelve-hour gathering of praise and worship. By every human measure, the vision seemed beyond reach.
With honesty and humility, he prayed:
“Lord, please give this vision to someone who has the finances and resources to carry it out.”
The Lord’s response was immediate and unforgettable:
“Take the first step, and you will see My glory.”
Those words settled deeply within his heart.
What did it mean to see the glory of God?
As he searched the Scriptures and continued to seek the Lord, the Holy Spirit gradually unfolded the answer.
God’s glory is not merely something to admire; it is the revelation of who He is. It is His greatness displayed, His power revealed, His faithfulness demonstrated, and His presence made known among His people.
The Lord was not simply asking His servant to organize a meeting.
He was inviting him to walk by faith—to step beyond the limits of human ability and witness the greatness of God revealed through complete dependence upon Him.
Faith has always begun with obedience.
Abraham left his homeland before seeing the promised land.
Moses stretched out his staff before the sea divided.
Peter stepped out of the boat before he walked upon the water.
In the same way, God was asking Pastor Sajosh John to take the first step before He revealed what only He could accomplish.
With a surrendered heart, he answered:
“Lord, I will take the step You have asked me to take.”
That simple act of obedience became the beginning of a journey that only eternity will fully reveal.
The First Step of Faith
Only sixteen days later, on January 16, 2010, the vision became reality.
By the grace of Almighty God, Fire of Revival Church hosted the very first Athmapakarcha—12 Hours of Praise and Worship.
The church itself was still in its infancy.
Almost everything required for the gathering had to be rented—the sound system, microphones, and other essential equipment. Humanly speaking, there was every reason to question whether the meeting could even take place.
Yet God has never been limited by what His servants lack.
Six pastors from different parts of Kerala came to minister the Word of God. Worship leaders joined together to lead God’s people in continuous praise throughout the gathering. What began as an act of simple obedience soon became a testimony of God’s abundant provision.
By the time the meeting concluded, every need had been supplied.
There was enough food for everyone who attended.
The invited pastors and worship leaders were honored.
Every expense had been paid in full.
There was no surplus to boast about and no shortage to fear.
There was only the unmistakable evidence that the Heavenly Father had faithfully provided for everything He had commanded.
On that day, the Lord fulfilled His promise before the eyes of everyone involved.
“Take the first step, and you will see My glory.”
God’s glory was not revealed through outward spectacle but through His unwavering faithfulness.
He had called.
He had provided.
He had accomplished what no human effort could have achieved.
The vision of Athmapakarcha had begun—not through human strength, but through the faithfulness of a God who always honors obedience.
